GeeGee is a one-stop shop for mobility, flexibility (yes, two similar but different things), strength conditioning, and a whole plethora of other disciplines (ya girl knows her stuff)  . My favorite part is that she knows the science behind it and has years of experience working with women. Being a woman herself who has gone through a multitude of physical derailments/ Challenges she has turned them around learned from them and became a complete badass at teaching people how to care for themselves. She gives only love and encouragement as she coaches you through your journey, but no mistake, you will feel the class workout. I have taken many classes from her, each time learning something new or getting gentle reminders of something old to improve my skills. In her handstand class, I have felt most of my improvements. We worked on the proper engagement of the lower core muscles. As a mother of four in her mid-40's, this can be pretty difficult to do, but little by little, we started building that lower core up.  With gentle but firm guidance and reassurance, GeeGee gave me the skills to improve my core, which improved my handstands and truly got those minute muscles to work together. Her handstand class truly helped my brain to muscle connection. Also, I can now dance like I want to, without worry (mothers, know what I mean ;) ).
